Nagaland Home Minister Imkong L Imchen distributed the prizes at the ceremony, where former national and Asia Zone Rally champion and Manager, Motor Sports, JK Tyres Hari Singh was present as the guest of honour.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Imchen congratulated Mr Singh for bringing laurels to the nation.
He also appreciated the former nation champion for helping Nagaland organise the event.
The programme was chaired by Federation of Adventure and Motor Sports Association of North East India president Abu Metha.
