Nagaland Government likely to talk with ENPO on 'Frontier Nagaland'

Kohima, Jul 21 : While the Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) has reaffirmed its earlier resolution for a separate state of ‘Frontier Nagaland’ comprising of Mon, Tuensang, Longleng and Kiphire districts of Nagaland, it has been reported that the state government was in the process of resolving the issue.

According to official sources here today, a group of Ministers reportedly held an informal meeting with Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio yesterday on how to resolve the issue.

In the light of the recent developments, it was also reported that the points addressed at yesterday’s meeting would be taken forward to the people of the district and discussed with all sections of Naga society, including the State Assembly.
