Yoga guru Ramdev to visit Nagaland in Feb

Kohima, Nov 22 : Yoga guru Baba Ramdev will visit Nagaland in February next year as part of his countrywide free yoga camp, which includes 600 districts of the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kuch to Kohima, under the slogan 'yoga for Better Living'. A statement issued here today by the Patanjali Yog Samiti and Bharat Swabhiman, a non-religious health awareness organisation, said Baba Ramdev will arrive at Dimapur on February 24 next year, where he will conduct a Yoga camp on next day on February 25 at Sports Complex Ground from 0500 to 0730 hrs. A similar camp will be conducted in Kohima on February 26 at the Assam Rifles Ground. Entries would be free in the camps.

It also informed that Baba Ramdev will adopt a model village in every district which would be provided Yoga to be free from drug abuse and domestic violence. Five villages in Dimapur district have been identified for the adoption. The organisers further informed that the adopted village will be extended technical help and marketing guidance for economic independence.
