"I am appealing to both politicians and undergrounds (activists) to realise that Nagas are one and want peace. The younger generation wants to progress without any hindrance," Jamir said while addressing the National Rock contest event near here last evening as the chief guest.
The former Nagaland chief minister called upon political leaders, members of underground organisations as well as civil societies and NGOs, to work in unison to bequeath the present generation "a legacy of peace, harmony" for making a prosperous society.
