Naga Hoho President Keviletuo Kiewhuo and General Secretary P Chuba Ozukum, in a release, said the Naga Hoho Executive Council meeting, held recently, felt that Naga people are now fed-up to write and talk about the skirmishes and disunity among different factions, particularly between NSCN-IM and NSCN (K) over their struggle for sovereignty aiming for so called 'one vision, one goal'. ''We have also suffered enough of fratricidal killings in the past few decades in the name of fighting for liberation from India.
We can not deny hat the Naga people have enough proof of who is black or white, but it is just because of the people's love for their own land well preserved by the forefathers since time immemorial, the Naga people have no option but to show tolerance to evil doers and their sinister designs,'' the meeting viewed.
The release further stated the meeting held threadbare deliberation on the recurrence of factional battle, imposition of illegal taxes by different groups upon the first generation Naga entrepreneurs, people those who are sitting outside the state and siphoning money from Nagaland without promoting Naga peoples economic and social life and few other pertinent issues that beleaguers Naga people. It also appealed to every group to re-examine if there is any other ethnic armed groups, who are engaged in proxy war attempting to create misunderstanding and bloodshed among the Naga brethren.
